Gain support & learn healthy coping skills; process grief to remain healthy during the healing process.  Discuss and share experiences & explore via “open chair” & writing sessions.  All group discussions are confidential…you are in a safe place to come and heal.

Groups are taking place via zoom, phone or in person. (discuss with facilitator & as space allows)

This group is for individuals who identify as having any kind of eating disorder or struggle.
Participants will gain:

– Practical skills for coping and recovery
– Education and support
– Healthy resources and tools
