A women’s empowerment group that utilizes movement as a form of expression.  This group gives women coping skills, confidence and the ability to step into their own strength and power through the use of movement.

This group is for individuals who identify as having any kind of eating disorder or struggle.
Participants will gain:

– Practical skills for coping and recovery
– Education and support
– Healthy resources and tools

Mondays 6:30pm – 8:00pm

Gain support & learn healthy coping skills; process grief to remain healthy during the healing process.  Discuss and share experiences & explore via “open chair” & writing sessions.  All group discussions are confidential…you are in a safe place to come and heal.

Groups are taking place via zoom, phone or in person. (discuss with facilitator & as space allows)

This group offers support for families of adult children and
youth experiencing social, emotional, medical, developmental,
substance use, and/ or behavioral health and mental health challenges.
Join other families to grow through sharing concerns, insights and information
