This group is open to adults with thoughts of suicide. This group provides an opportunity to identify and connect with the part of us that wants to live, offer support to others, and share coping tools.
Tuesdays 5:00 – 6:00 pm
Coping with Anxiety & Depression
Looking to gain support and effective coping strategies in dealing with anxiety/depression? Practice mindfulness in bringing awareness of emotions/thoughts/goals.
Groups are taking place via Zoom, phone or in person (discuss with the facilitator)
Mindful Eating
This group is for individuals who identify as having any kind of eating disorder or struggle.
Participants will gain:
– Practical skills for coping and recovery
– Education and support
– Healthy resources and tools
Mondays 6:30pm – 8:00pm

Women's Anger Management
Join other women for a 10-week self-help &/or mandated workshop on effective coping strategies. Explore, uncover & understand causes of your anger, gain awareness of emotions/thoughts/goals.
Must be registered in advance.
Start Date June 24th (10 Sessions)
