Take Charge of Your Life
Based on Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), this workshop and support group offers emotion
regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal,
 effectiveness and mindfulness skills.

H.E.R.S. (HEALTHY EATING RECOVERY SUPPORT)
This support group is for individuals who restrict calories or purge.

Women’s Anger/Trauma Support Group
A free, confidential 10-week Tuesday evening
 workshop series that teaches women to identify,
 express and manage anger safely and cope with
 issues of trauma.

This workshop offers a safe environment for men to learn how to talk about and cope with feelings that may arise from stressful situations, family issues, employment, etc.

Rainbow Connection
A weekly discussion and support group for
gay, lesbian, bi-sexual and transgender people
striving for optimal mental health.

MINDFUL EATING
Support group to help understand emotional eating, bingeing, and learning new ways to cope.

Women's Issues
A free 10 week workshop and support group that involves open discussion and problem solving of issues related to self-enpowerment, boundary setting, self-esteem and personal enrichment. Women only.
